Hi ive recently begun cleaning in the hublist entries and i found an alarming rate of reg. only hubs regged on the hublist.

I dont see any reason for such entries here since it is a public hublist and i would appreciate it if our users didnt reg reg. only hubs to the hublist.

By reg. only i mean msgs like this

A pinger for adc it was finally released. It was written in php and it supports both ADC and ADCS protocols , TIGR and PING extensions.
